About Me
I attended college at the University of Delaware where I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. Upon graduating, I became certified to teach Special Education and Middle School Social Studies. In addition to that, I studied Spanish throughout college. During my sophomore year, I traveled abroad to Spain for five weeks, where I studied the language and culture at Universidad de Granada. It was a once in a life time opportunity.
When I am not at Wilbur, I enjoy several hobbies (besides planning for school, of course). I have a German Shepard puppy (who is huge!) and her name is Heidi. I love to take her for walks or runs with me, especially when the weather is nice outside. She is a big fan of her walks. In addition to that, I love to cook. Although I may not be as good of a cook as my Mom or Dad, eating good food is important to me. I also really enjoy the beach. I spend the summers at the beach, soaking up the sun and reading a good book. Most importantly, I truly love Wilbur and being a teacher at such a great school!
